Ordering: You can place orders in the following ways:

Online: Use our secure and easy PayPal Shopping Cart. Please be sure to fill in all fields in order to insure accurate delivery.

We are happy to help people over the phone from 8:30 to 5:30 Monday thru Friday and 8:30 to Noon on Saturday (Eastern Standard Time). If you call when we are closed, please leave your number and a message. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

By fax: (508) 945-9705. Call first to discuss with us before faxing an order. It is easier to fax addresses on larger orders going out to several addresses.

Ordering Multiple Gifts Online: Our PayPal Shopping Cart lets you order as many gifts as you want and provide a gift card message for each. However, it will only accept one shipping address, for the first item selected. Not a problem! Simply email us at sales@capecodspecialties.com with shipping addresses for the remaining items ordered. We will match your email with your PayPal Order Form and complete the order per your instructions. Or, if you prefer, you can place orders with multiple shipping addresses by phone, fax, email or mail.

Local Delivery: Local delivery is available in Chatham, Orleans and East Harwich. A delivery charge of $10 will be added.

Shipping: The charge to have an order shipped by ground service anywhere in the continental United States is indicated in parenthesis ( ) next to each price. Ground shipments usually arrive the next day within the New England area.

Sales Tax: 5% Massachusetts sales tax applies on all orders placed from or shipped to Massachusetts.

Payment Methods: For online orders, Cape Cod Specialties uses PayPal for secure credit card processing. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express or payment through your PayPal account.

For all other orders, we accept VISA and Mastercard.

Our Guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied, we'll promptly make things right with a replacement or a refund. Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed.

Substitutions: On occasion, we may run out of an item or an item is discontinued or no longer available. We will substitute an item of equal or greater value in order to meet your desired delivery date.
