Hours of Operation
Our online store is always open. However, if you require customer service please contact us during normal business hours (EST):
MONDAY – FRIDAY: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
SATURDAY: 8:30AM to 12PM
If you call when we are closed, please leave your number and a message.
Ordering
You can place an order using any of the following methods:
- Order Online: Use our secure and easy PayPal Shopping Cart. Please be sure to fill in all fields in order to insure accurate delivery.
- Call Us: Toll Free: 800-998-9708; Local Calls: 508-945-9705. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Fax Us: 508-945-9705. Please call first to discuss the details of your order. It is easier to fax addresses on larger orders going out to several addresses.
- Click Contact Us and provide your order details.
Ordering Multiple Gifts Online
Our PayPal Shopping Cart lets you order as many gifts as you want and provide a gift card message and recipient’s phone number for each order (shipping company may require a contact number).
Shipping to a Separate Address
If you need a separate shipping address you can add this before paying with Paypal (see example below):
- Click “View Cart”
- Click “Proceed to Checkout”
- Click “Continue” to Pay with Credit Card or Login to PayPal
- Scroll down to the Ship To section at the bottom of the Paypal payment form
- Click the “Ship To address”
- For a New Address click “Add an address“
Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Follow the steps above for the first address.
Each additional address must be added to the “Add special instructions to merchant” box under the last item of your order. Please include the 3 digit item number, the recipients name and full address.

We will match the item numbers with the corresponding addresses from this form.
Shipping Details
Shipping to the contiguous US:
- We use standard ground shipping via Fed-Ex or UPS
- Shipping and handling fees are marked below each item description and will be added automatically in the cart
- On any order for (3) or more gifts, we reserve the right to add a shipping surcharge if the actual shipping cost to us exceeds our standard shipping and handling fees
Price quote to Alaska and Hawaii available. Please call or Contact Us prior to placing your order.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available in Chatham, Orleans and East Harwich. A delivery charge of $10 will be added.
Sales Tax
Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% applies on all orders shipped to Massachusetts.
Payment Methods
For online orders, Cape Cod Specialties uses PayPal for secure credit card processing. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express or payment through your PayPal account.
For all other orders, we accept VISA and Mastercard.
Our Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will promptly make things right with a replacement or a refund. Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed.
Substitutions
On occasion, we may run out of an item or an item is discontinued or no longer available. We will substitute an item of equal or greater value in order to meet your desired delivery date.
